As the founder of Shape, Libby is passionate about helping businesses achieve their most ambitious goals by leveraging the power of OKRs, change management, and behavioral psychology. Her approach is more than just strategy—it's about creating real, lasting transformation in how teams operate and succeed.
With a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and over a decade of hands-on experience, Libby knows what it takes to drive meaningful change. She’s not just applying theory—she's using behavioral science to get to the heart of what makes teams thrive and deliver results. As a former Director of Professional Services in OKR Consulting & Software implementation, she’s partnered with hundreds of companies worldwide to implement OKRs, coach teams, and facilitate success, ensuring companies not only set goals but achieve them.
Libby's extensive experience spans SaaS, non-profits, healthcare, and consulting organizations, where she’s consistently driven growth and profitability. As a senior leader herself, she knows the challenges executives face—and that’s why her leadership coaching is so impactful. She works closely with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams to cultivate outcomes, not just through strategy, but by fostering collaboration, building high-performing teams, and developing leadership skills that drive real success.

Wendy, co-founder of ShapeSociety, brings a wealth of expertise and a strategic mindset to our team. With an Executive MBA in Innovative Leadership, she has a deep understanding of how to drive strategic initiatives and foster innovation across organizations. As a former Chief of Staff and Director of People, Wendy has led complex projects and teams, ensuring that goals are met with precision and collaboration.
An expert in OKR deployment and goal-setting software, Wendy helps organizations seamlessly track and achieve their strategic objectives. Her Prosci Certification highlights her commitment to best practices in change management, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementations. Wendy also holds a Brain-Based Coaching certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute, using neuroscience principles to elevate leadership development and team performance.
